Order Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations or order changes once an order has been placed. Orders begin processing immediately.
This does not affect any statutory withdrawal rights you may have for eligible (non-personalised) goods delivered to the UK/EU (see “UK & EU Cooling-Off Period (14 Days)” below).
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Email support@perfecttreasures.co.uk to request a return.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you the return instructions and the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying the return postage for all returns, including returns made under the UK/EU cooling-off rules, unless we confirm the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect—in which case we will provide further instructions.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately at support@perfecttreasures.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom or personalised products (such as special orders or items made to your specifications).
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please email us before ordering.
We’re unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
UK & EU Cooling-Off Period (14 Days)
If your order is shipped to the UK or the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification for eligible items.
To exercise this right, email support@perfecttreasures.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return postage for cooling-off returns is paid by the customer.
Exemptions: The 14-day cooling-off right does not apply to, but is not limited to, personalised items, made-to-order items, and other categories excluded by law (for example, certain sealed hygiene products once unsealed, perishable goods, or digital content once you have given consent to begin delivery).
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
